My order will not process?

When placing an order for hire or sale you will need to register your details in order to login in.  At checkout you will be asked to confirm BILLING and SHIPPING details,  then your PAYMENT METHOD, then to CONFIRM ORDER.  The order will appear at the top of each screen and a green tick confirming your order will appear.

What payment methods do Just Adorable offer?

 Internet Bank Transfer   -   PayPal  ($5 fee applies and is taken out of the security deposit return)  - Direct Deposit NAB Bank.

Can I buy the gown if I decide I like it, after hiring it for the ceremony?

The gowns we hire may have been worn and most are the original design that we duplicate upon purchase.  We ask that you return the hire gown and place a new order.  Our preloved gowns are often booked out weeks in advance.

Why am I charged a $100 security deposit?

Just Adorable Gowns are designed for wear and tear and do not require you to clean them, but sometimes damage or stains require more attention and a fee may be applied to cover this expense.  So far our gowns have been returned in presitage condition and we value our customers careful handling.

When does my gown arrive?

The delivery of purchased gowns are negotiated.  Hire Gowns are sent out on Tues or Wednesday prior to your ceremony.  All gowns are sent via registered post and the tracking number is sent via text or email.

What do I do if something spills on the outfit or it is damaged?

Don't panic, we understand accidents happen and know that you would not deliberately cause damage.  Simply follow the instructions included in your package or contact us immediately on the mobile number 0401831640.  Some fabrics are very delicate and we can advise on the best way to minimise the damage.

What if I forget to return the gown and it arrives late?

Our return policy asks that gowns be returned on the following Monday (or next postage day in the case of Public Holidays) as many gowns need to be cleaned and sent out again in time for the following weekend.  Unfortunately if the gown is not returned in time, our next booking may be cancelled.  We ask that you contact us immediately to advise of any late arrivals so we can work through any problems.  To date our customers are very considerate and no one has missed out. Please note a late fee of $50 per day applies if the gown is late.  This is taken out of the security deposit by agreement and forms part of our terms and conditions.
