Hire Conditions
  • The 'Hire' period is for four (4) days from the time you recieve the outfit. Usually the Friday. 
  • All bookings will be confirmed by email or phone a week prior to your ceremony.
  • Payment of hire fee and bond to be received and cleared 7 days prior to us posting out your gown.
  • Your gown will be sent via registered / express post on Wednesday or Thursday prior to the weekend of Christening/Naming Day
  • When hiring our gowns you agree to the terms and conditions of the hire contract. 
  • Follow instructions included in your package regarding care and return postage of the gown.
  • Your obligation is to return our gorgeous gown the following Monday in the registered/express post bag provided.
  • All postage numbers are recorded and late fees will be incurred if unreasonable delay is experienced.
  • Hiring Bond will be returned upon receipt of our gown in good condition, usually by the original method of payment within 7 days.
